Who do you work with?
The shops and restaurants along Manhattan Avenue, Nassau Avenue, and Franklin Street, the studios and offices in the converted lofts near the water, and the owners and managers who run apartment buildings. If it has a door and a lock, we can usually help, and the shop is a few blocks away.

Can you set up keys for the whole staff?
Yes. We rekey your doors so each person carries only the keys they need, with one master key for you, and we cut the copies at the shop. When someone leaves, we change only what has to change.
Can you work around my opening hours?
Yes. We schedule work before you open or after you close, as long as it falls inside our own hours, 9 AM to 11 PM.
What happens on the visit?
We come out from the shop with the parts your call or your photo told us to bring. Before we touch anything we show you what is worn, bent, or broken, then we do the work and test every lock and every key with you before we go. If the door itself needs something, we say so and you decide.
